Raised in Washington State by a Merchant Marine and an international Flight Attendant, Angela has a natural interest in the unknown. Her earliest memories are of using Noh Theater masks to construct a Mount Rushmore for stuffed animals to climb.

Storytelling was a huge part of her childhood as well. Vivid descriptions of East Indian dance halls and her father’s favorite Brooklyn movie theaters have inspired her to seek out new experiences whenever possible.

In 2001 she moved to San Francisco after receiving a degree in Fine Arts. Her creative passions are book arts, printmaking and music.

While designing one day Angela had the idea to create an informational site, a forum where some of her favorite people could share ideas, obsessions and recent discoveries in a communal setting.

It is her privilege to select each contributor personally. It is their creativity, style and knowledge that make it possible for this small dream to exist.
